Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them moving as soon as possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order is delivered, you may return it for a full refund according to our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal...
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped Monday through Friday.
Processing time is 1–3 business days from the order date. Once processed, orders are shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery times typically range between 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at support@futvisionpro.com and we’ll take care of it.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Prices shown on our website are tax-free and listed in USD.
Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that FutVisionPro™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please contact us at support@futvisionpro.com and our team will guide you through the process.
What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
